Information about the registration form

Registration closes on June 10, 2027

The deadline for registration and payment is June 10, 2027. However, as soon as the limit of 1,400 participants is reached, registration will close to ensure we can accommodate you under the best possible conditions.

Due to the absence of the FFVélo Federal Week in 2027, only 1,100 French participants will be able to register for and participate in the 2027 UECT SE to ensure that the event is not exclusively French and to guarantee multinational representation, as in previous editions. A computer application has been set up to manage and monitor French registrations, and once the number of 1,100 is reached, registration will be closed. After that, French participants will have the option to join a waiting list by sending their contact information (last name, first name, email, and cell phone number) to info@uect.org

On our website www.uect.org/ >>> European Week >>> Saignelégier 2027, you will find practical information (Program – Catering– Excursions – Activities – Road Cycling Routes – List of Accommodations) and general information about the organisation.

How to fill out the registration form? Please read these instructions carefully.

The UECT has set up this online registration form. It is your responsibility to fill it out following the entry instructions and click VALIDATE to confirm your registration for the European Week.

1- Who can register? Anyone who participates in cycle touring, as well as accompanying persons, may register for the UECT SE. These individuals may or may not be members of a federation affiliated with the UECT. The online registration form allows you to enter information for either one or more individual participants, one or two couples, or a family with children. If there are more than 2 couples, multiple families, or more than 5 people, you must submit separate registration forms to qualify for the advertised rates.
The participant responsible as the administrative contact for the group will serve as the point of contact for the SE UECT organizer and will be the sole recipient of information regarding the event.

2- Payment methods available during online registration:
==> Credit Card
• Secure payment to the UECT bank account by entering a 3D Secure code provided by your bank (via SMS, email, or mail).
• Within one minute of payment, the participant responsible as the administrative contact for the application will receive a payment receipt and a registration confirmation in PDF format at their registered email address, including the reference number and a summary of the registration.
• This final confirmation must be presented—either on a cell phone or tablet or in paper form—at the SE UECT 2027 information desk to obtain your participation packet.
• PLEASE NOTE: Our confirmation emails may end up in your email inbox’s junk or spam folder, so please check there.
• This payment method is recommended: it is simple, ensures fast processing, and allows for immediate registration of your application and secure payment.
==> Bank Transfer
The participant responsible for the application will, as soon as they have submitted the PRE-REGISTRATION form with the bank transfer payment option, immediately (or within one minute) receive an email at their registered address, a confirmation containing the reference file number, a summary of the PRE-REGISTRATION in PDF format, and the amount due.
• PLEASE NOTE: Our PRE-REGISTRATION emails may end up in your email inbox’s junk or spam folder, so please check there.
• Payment via immediate bank transfer must be credited to the UECT’s bank account no later than the 10th day following the date the application was created. Be sure to include the application reference number when making your transfer. After this 10-day period, your registration will be automatically canceled.
• Upon receipt of payment by the UECT, the participant designated as the administrative contact for the registration will receive a final registration confirmation in PDF format at their registered email address, including the application reference number and a summary of the registration details.
• This final confirmation must be presented—either on a cell phone or tablet or in paper form—at the SE UECT 2027 information desk to obtain your participation packet.
• PLEASE NOTE: Our registration CONFIRMATION emails may end up in your email inbox’s junk or spam folder, so please check there.

3- License Validity: SE UECT participants who have declared that they hold a valid cycle-touring license/insurance for the year 2026—and subsequently validated in 2027—issued by a UECT member federation (FFCT – FECT – PTTK – FPCUB – F4DM), must present it along with their final registration confirmation when checking in at the registration desk. Otherwise, registration fees will be recalculated and adjusted based on the participant’s actual status (see rates below).

4- Insurance: SE participants who do not hold a valid cycling tourism license/insurance for the year 2027 must purchase liability insurance and, if applicable, repatriation assistance, from an insurer of their choice and present proof of this liability insurance along with the final registration confirmation upon check-in at the UECT SE 2027 registration desk.
Alternatively, these participants may purchase third-party liability insurance offered by UECT, which is valid only for the duration of the UECT SE 2027 event.

5- Email Addresses: For users with @gmail and @hotmail addresses, our confirmation emails may end up in the junk or spam folder of your inbox, so please check there.
To ensure that our emails sent from info@uect.org are not automatically deleted by your internet service provider but appear in your inbox rather than in your spam or junk folder, we recommend that you add info@uect.org to your email’s favorites, “approved senders” list, or “never block this sender” list.

6- Changes to Registration or Trip Services Stay: Once your registration form has been approved, any changes to it can only be made to the SE registration referent via email at info@uect.org, specifying your reference file number.

7- Cancellation of Participation
==> By the Participant (request to be submitted by the SE registration referent for the application): A cancellation request due to personal force majeure (specific to the individual), duly justified and submitted exclusively via email to info@uect.org, will be:
a) accepted until April 10, 2027, for a full refund of registration fees plus camping, meals, excursions, and equipment listed on the registration form.
b) For any cancellation after April 10, 2027, and up to and including May 9, 2027, only the registration fees will be retained in full by the organization. The camping, meals, excursions, and equipment services listed on the registration form will be refunded.
c) For all cancellations after May 9, 2027, and in the event of non-participation in the SE UECT 2027, the registration fees plus the camping, meals, excursions, and equipment listed on the registration form will be retained in full by the organization.
The determination of whether a force majeure event has occurred remains the exclusive discretion of the organizers of the 2027 UECT Week.
==> By the UECT: In the event of cancellation of the “Week” due to force majeure (as defined in Article 1218 of the French Civil Code)—for example, a pandemic, border closures, or an economic crisis— the decision regarding whether it is feasible or not to organize the “Week” may be made by UECT.
Such a total cancellation would consequently result in a full refund to the participant of the registration fees and services listed on the registration form.
This refund will be issued within a maximum of 2 months following the last day originally scheduled for the “Week.”
In the event of a pandemic, UECT cannot be held liable for providing a last-minute refund of registration fees and services listed on the registration form if there are obligations—and failure to comply with those obligations—regarding:
• vaccination to travel to or move within the host country of the “Week”;
• providing a digital EU COVID certificate at the border checkpoint, issued by a government agency in the participant’s country.
In the event that a participant is quarantined at the “Week” venue or upon returning to their country of origin, the UECT cannot be held liable and will not grant any financial compensation.

8- Complaints: You have a period of fourteen clear days starting July 18, 2027, to exercise your right to file a complaint, providing justification for the reason and the harm suffered; complaints must be submitted exclusively electronically to info@uect.org

9- Liability: The UECT and local organizers assume no obligation to safeguard or store personal property and disclaim all liability in the event of loss, theft, or damage to personal property, including participants’ bicycles and related accessories; such bicycles remain the sole responsibility of their owners.
